Ryoichi Kishi served successively as engineer and section chief of Agriculture Department and the Government of Manchoukuo and director of Manchurian Forestry Corporation (from 1942). He was a president of Japan Menyo (Sheep) Association (since 1946). Ryoichi Kishi was a president of Nihon Meny (Sheep) Company, director of Japan Food Association and Japan Stock Raisers’ Association and permanent adviser of National Land Improvement Association and National Dairy Farmers’ Cooperative Union.
