Ryoichi Kishi graduated from Agriculture Department of Tokyo University (1915).
Career
Ryoichi Kishi served successively as engineer and section chief of Agriculture Department and the Government of Manchoukuo and director of Manchurian Forestry Corporation (from 1942). He was a president of Japan Menyo (Sheep) Association (since 1946). Ryoichi Kishi was a president of Nihon Meny (Sheep) Company, director of Japan Food Association and Japan Stock Raisers’ Association and permanent adviser of National Land Improvement Association and National Dairy Farmers’ Cooperative Union.
Membership
Ryoichi Kishi elected to House of Councilors (1953). He was a member of House of Councilors.
