Ryuzo Kaneko graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University (1911).
Career
Tokyo served as director of Yokohama Customs and director of Savings Department of Finance Ministry and thereafter became director (1936) and then vice-president (1940) of Chosen Shokusan Ginko (Korean Products Bank). He assumed additional post of director of Ferro-Iron Association (1963). Made official tour of Europe and America (1920).
