Party work in Saint St. Petersburg, Lith, Siberia. From October 1921 member and rapporteur, Commission for Resolving Practical Problems Connected with Debt Talks, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs. Early 1922 senior secretary, Soviet deleg at Genoa Conference.
In following years held various posts with People's Commissariat of Justice, Centr Council of Consumer Social, People's Commissariat of Agric, Prosecutor’ General’ s Office and Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Supreme Court. Arrested by State Security organs.
