Sadachika Ise was born in 1417. He was the son of Sadakuni.
Sadachika Ise served Shogun Yoshimasa Ashikaga as head of Mandokoro (law court) but was driven out of Kamakura by Yamana because of his implication in the Yoshitoshi Shiba affair. Later entered Kyoto at the head of soldiers from Ise Province and sought the support of Katsumoto Hosokawa (1467). With the help of Sadakuni was able to regain his confiscated property at Kamakura.
