Hasnain was also in the limelight for her use of Urdu Literature and poetry. Mistress World
In June 2008 Hasnain competed in the Mistress World 2008, winning "Mrs Congeniality" and "Best Dressed".
This was the second time Pakistan participated in the Mistress
World competition. Mistress Globe
After her success in the Mistress
World competition, Hasnain represented Pakistan in the Mistress Globe beauty pageant in United States of America. She was also awarded $15,000 in a "Smile Competition" in Mistress
Globe 2008.
Hasnain is working on various charity programs in Pakistan and will be hosting a morning show in Lahore, Pakistan.
In March 2012 Hasnain was charged with 19 felony counts of conspiracy to commit grand theft in what prosecutors alleged was a phony mortgage refinancing scheme. Earlier in the same month Hasnain left the United States for Lahore, Pakistan.
