Sandra Joyce Sagan, American artist, retired educator. Certified teacher, Missouri. Recipient Innovators award Citicorp, 1993-1994; National Endowment of the Humanities fellow, 1999.


Sagan, Sandra Joyce was born on November 28, 1945 in Cleveland. Daughter of Rudolph James and Genevieve Jane Frances Kouba.
