Career

Managing the organisation and human resources, developing of strategies and actions plans, overall monitoring of implementation of actions plans, overall monitoring of employees performance, coaching, education of employees, adjusting of performance related to team work within the organisation, responsible for legal aspects of organisational functioning, organisational annual reporting, monitoring of project implementation, reporting to the contracting authorities, evaluation of accomplishments.

Fundraising coordination, fundraising strategies development, preparation of project bids, communication with donors, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, cooperation with experts and staff in activities planning and related fundraising activities. Responsible for overall administrative management, fundraising, human resources, project management. Executes tasks related to the programme activities in the area of civil society donor politics.
