Rai worked with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration where he was the Chief Architect for the CHANDRA project At ARE Technologies, Rai pioneered the D5 Chip technology which enables telecom devices with the in-built chip to access networks across multiple wireless standards at speeds of up to 100 Mbit/son
