Seiichi Kitano graduated from Tokyo University (1925).
Career
Seiichi Kitano became instructor of Hosei University. Commissioned by the Tokyo Municipal Office (1938) to edit the history of Tokyo City. Appointed professor of Kyushu University (1948). Made pragmatic study of rural sociology. Jointly wrote the book "The Method to Investigate the Agricultural Society of Japan.”
