Seiichi Kojima studied at the University of Tokyo, which he graduated from in 1919.
After graduating from Tokyo University Seiichi Kojima was appointed assistant professor at Kyushu University, which he left to proceed to Europe for further study. Upon return was appointed professor at Hosei University and founded Kojima Economics Research Institute, of which he was chief. Among his several books on economics are "Development of Iron and Steel Industry", "Theory of Concentration of Enterprises" and "Financial Capital in Japan."
