Education

In 1929, Semen Danilovich graduated from the Voronezh Art Industrial School. His teachers were A.A. Buchkuri and S.M. Romanovich.

Career

Semen Danilovich Legenya was an artist-decorator of the Voronezh Drama Theater (1924-1925), the club of the United State Political Administration (1933-1935), the regional association "Hudozhnik" (1934-1941). Since 1926, he participated in various exhibitions. Author of paintings: "Attack from the air. Maneuvers" (1937), "Na kamnerazrabotkah"(1941), "Tractor drivers" (1947), "Voronezh is reborn" (1950), graphic sheets in watercolor ("Fighting mission", 1940), in pencil ("Portrait of A. Buchkuri", 1940; series "Battle-front Sketches", 1942-1945), in coal ("Petrovsky spusk", 1952), in ink.
