1914-1915 studied at Petrograd University. 1937 graduate Air Force Academy.
Career
“Pravda” activist; worked for Duma Bolshevik faction. 1914 went on Party assignment to Cracow to contact Lenin and organized the transport of people and lit via Lublin. March 1915 arrested and exiled to Eastern Siberia.
Summer 1916 drafted into Russian Army. Helped establish Bolshevik organizations among the troops. As private with 1st Reserve Machine Gun Regt took part in 1917 February Revol in Petrograd.
Member, Vasiliy Ostrov Rayon Party Committee. Worked for Military Organization(s), Central Committee, Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks). Delcg at Petrograd and April Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Conferences.
Took part in 1917 October Revol, member, Military Revol Committee, and commander of revol garrison in Khar’kov. 1918 helped organize partisans in Ukraine. 1918-1920 chief of staff, 1st Ukraine Insurgent Division and 1st Transport-Dnieper Division.
Commander, Crimean Forces Group. Military comissar, 25th Infantry Division. Commander, separate cavalry brigade, 44lh Infantry Division.
Commander, 52nd and 40th Infantry Divisions 1921-1922 military comissar, Main Military Mang Board and deputy military comissar. Red Army Main Supply Board.
1923-1925 deputy director, 1st Aircraft Plant. Organized series production of first Soviet fighter planes. 1926-1927 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Revol Military Council plenipotentiary abroad.
Then exec admin work. During World War 2 exec posts in military industry. Head. Air Force Centr Aircraft Repair and Experimental Base.

Views
The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
