Career
1931-1941 military surgeon in Soviet Army. 1941-1945 head of a front military medical board From 1946 held various exec posts in Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Ministry of Defense.
Foreign several years deputy head Main Military Medical Board, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Ministry of Defense. Company-ed, “Bol’shaya meditsinskaya entsiklopediya" (Large Medical Encyclopedia) (2nd ed).
Also helped to compile and edit such medical corps manuals as “Entsiklopedichcskiy slovar’ voyennoy meditsiny” (An Encyclopedic Dictionary of Military Medicine) and “Entsiklopcdicheskiy meditsinskiy spravochnik dlya voyennykh fel’dsherov” (An Encyclopedic Medical Reference Manual for Medical Orderlies).
