Shigeo Suzuki was born in 1906 in Chiba, Japan.
He graduated from Tokyo University in 1929.
After serving as engineer at Electric Experimental Station, he assumed his post as director of Electrical Experimental Station of Industrial Technological Board. He conducted research in electron microscopes and other electric instruments and was awarded the Inventor's Prize and the Asano Prize by Japan Industrial Society and Electric Society. Books include "The Electron Microscope."
