Shiro Kiyomiya graduated from the Law Department and the Political Science Department of Tokyo University (1923).
Career
Shiro Kiyomiya appointed assistant professor of Keijo (Seoul) University (1927) and then professor of the same university (1930). Appointed professor of Tohoku University (1941) and taught subject of constitution. After the war, became Dean of the Law Department of the university (1954). Concurrently professor of Nagoya University. He received the Doctor of Laws degree (1951).
