Caesar, Sid was born on September 8, 1922 in Yonkers, New York, United States. Son of Max and Ida (Raphael) Caesar.

Education

Graduate, Yonkers High School, 1939. Studied saxophone and clarinet, New York City.

    • Played in small bands, later orchestras of Charlie Spivak, Shep Fields and Claude Thornhill following World World War II. Toured leading theatres and night clubs as comedian. Appeared in film version Tars and Spars Revue.
