Represented automobile tire manufacturers, 1911, before legislature of New York State in opposition to bill compelling branding and marking of tires with date of manufacture.

Selected as counsel for Rubber Association of America, 1914, and assisted in arranging details for modification of embargo of Great Britain on rubber. Etc. Wrote brief on proposed imposition of tax on crude rubber and submitted same to chairman ways and means committee, National House of Representatives, 1915.
Represented Western Electric Company in purchase of license of De Forest radio patents, 1914. Represented merchandise creditors of Locomobile, Sheldon and Bethlehem Motor companies, 1923.
