He graduated from Rikkyo University (1909).
Following graduation from Rikkyo University (1909) he entered Tokyo Electric Light Company. He served successively at Daito Sugar Manufacturing Company and as senior managing director of Sanhiki Trading Company and Sanhiki Products Company.
He became chairman of Teikoku Boxing Association (1948). With establishment of Korakuen Stadium Company, Ltd., he assumed post of senior managing director (1936) and became its president (1942). Also he became president of Japan Sight-Seeing Car Association (1948) and Kanto Race Club (1949), president of Japan Tourist Association (1950), director of Japan Skating Association (1951) and commissioner of Japan Boxing Association (1952).
