Career
Soshiro Tomino served as school inspector of Hokkaido and also as president of several normal schools, including those in Manchuria, and shokutaku (professional associate) of Education Ministry and Foreign Ministry. Appointed principal of Miyagi Normal School and Miyagi Young Men's Normal School (1947).
