He attended Washington and Lee University and has the Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Career

He served in parishes in the United States and Canada. He was the founding rector of All Saints Church, Chapel Hill - Durham, in North Carolina. Bishop Breedlove"s consecration took place on 29 October 2012, in Denver, Colorado, by Archbishop Robert Duncan.
