Colonel Burkett"s practice was continued by his nephew, White Burkett Miller, admitted to the Bar in 1889. Mr. Miller"s sons, Burkett and Vaughn Miller, the latter having served as law secretary to Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes on the United States. Supreme Court, continued their father"s practice.
