Graduated from Civil Engineering Department of Kyushu University (1917).
Career
Entered Osaka Denki Kido Kaisha (Osaka Electric Railway Company) (1919) and later became chief of Technical Section and director of Engineering Department of Sangu Kyuko Railway Company, an affiliate of Osaka Electric Railway Company (1927).
When Sangti Kyuкo Railway Company was renamed Kansai Kyuкo Railway Company became vice-chief of its Planning Department and when the company was further renamed Kinki Nippon Railway Company was appointed chief of its Honmachi Business Bureau (1944). Became director (1947) and then auditor (1951) of the same company and was appointed president of Nara Transportation Company (since 1951).
Resigned as auditor of Kinki Railway Company (1953). Director of Tezukayama Gakuin (Academy).
