Graduated From Waseda University (1907).
Career
Taigo Ikeda cooperated with Tetteki Togi and Shunsho Dohi to found Mumyokai (1913), for which he wrote dramas. Was a painstaking dramatist and his theme and technique were all well worked out.
Personality
He interested in the stage, took part in reviving the Bungeika Kyolcai (dramatists’ association). Was also a brilliant dramatic critic. Among his plays are Takiguchi-Nyuao and Ibarakiya-Kosai.
