In 1918, Takejiro Watanabe graduated from Tokyo Higher Commercial School.
Career
Takejiro Watanabe entered Land Section of Mitsubishi Goshi Kaisha (Mitsubishi Limited Partnership). With founding of Mitsubishi Land Company he became chief of its Accounting Section in the year 1937. Later was appointed chief of Accounts Department, director (1947), permanent auditor (1948), managing director (1949), senior managing director (1951) and then president (since 1952). Held a few additional posts including that of director of Nihon Fudosan Kanri Kaisha (Nihon Real Estate Control Company).
