Takenori Kiyohara was sent by Yoriyosm Minamoto at the head of an army of more than 10,000 strong to attack Sadato Abe at Mutsu (northeastern part of Japan). He accomplished his mission and in reward was made Commander of Chinjufu (local government office). This incident is known as Zenkunen-no-Eki.
