He graduated from Higher Commercial Department of Tokyo Economics College in 1925.
Career
Takeo Taniguchi joined the advertisement agency, Hokoku News Agency in 1926. He became president of that agency (1930), and in a subsequent merger he headed the Japan Advertising Company in 1945.
