Graduated from Mechanical Department of Tokyo Higher Technical school (1916).
Career
Takesaburo Sato entered Manufactory and later served in the U.S.A. (1926-1928).Transferred to Shibaura Joint Industry Company (1939). Made inspection tours of U.S.A. twice. Became director (1943) and then president (since 1947).
Held additional posts of director of Sangyo Kikai Toseikai (Industrial Machinery Control Society), Kikai Kogyo Remmei (Machinery Industry League) and Nihon Sangyo Kyokai (Japan Industrial Association), chairman of Sangyo Kikai Kogyokai (Industrial Machinery Industry Society), vice-chairman and chairman of Board of Trustees of Nihon Kagaku Gijutsu Remmei (Japan Scientific Technique League), member of Economic Rehabilitation.
