Director University Tsukuba Institute Applied Physics, 1999—2000.

Visiting scientist Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 1966-1967. Visiting professor KAIS, Korea, 1978. Director Institute Tsukuba Liaison Limited company, since 2001.
