  • Achievements include development of photoelastic characterizing method of bulk crystalline ingot, quasi 3D photoelastic characterization of bulk semiconductor crystalline ingots. Development of photoelastic measurement of strain induced by die-bonding of GaAschip on a copper heatsink plate, reflection type of infrared polariscope. Research in optical anisotropy and strain-induced birefringence in dislocation-free silicon single crystals.
