Studied in the studio of Korenev V.V. in Ekaterinoslav (1919 – 1920), at the school of drawing and painting of Yuon K.F. and Dudin I.O., the studios of Vinogradov S.V., Zakharov I.I. in Moscow (1922 – 1925), the state-owned studio (Fine Arts 1936 – 1928).
In 1930 illustrated her father’s book “Voenno-Sukhumskaya doroga. Kurort Teberda” (“The Military-Sukhum road. City resort of Teberda”). Between 1930 – 1931 used to work in the workroom of Kuprin A.V. who later became her husband. Since 1931 participated in exhibition activity. Between 1936 – 1939 annual exhibitions of Anisimova’s works took place. Used to work in the field of applied graphics, in the genres of thematic composition, portrait and landscape.
