Teikichi Ishimura graduated from the historical department of the Tokyo University (1901).
Career
Teikichi Ishimura president of Aichi Prefectural Daiichi Middle School, then professor at Tokyo Women's University and Okura High School of Commerce. He became professor emeritus of Tokyo Women's University (1952), and has since been instructor at that University. Books: "Fuzoku to Bungaku," (Customs and Literature); "Moto-ori-Norinaga," (famous student of Japanese literature of Edo period) "Ise-Teijo," etc.
