Teisaku Sano graduated from English Language Department of Gotojuku (Goto Private School) (1906).
Teisaku Sano served as president of Taisho Kogyo Kaisha (Taisho Industrial Company), Daishowa Paper Manufacturing Company and Nihon Washi Tosei Kaisha (Nihon Japanese-Style Paper Control Company), director of Yoshi Kyohan Kaisha (Western-Style Paper Mutual Sales Company) and chief director of Japan League of Mechanics' Unions.
He became director of Oban Insatsu Kaisha (Intaglio Printing Company) (1943) and the same year was promoted to senior managing director. Later became president of Sanko Pulp Manufacturing Company and chairman of Tokyo Seishi Kaisha (Tokyo Paper Manufacturing Company).
