For two years from 1971 Terry L. was professor of history and trustee in Students’ College of Arts and Sciences, Washington, District of Columbia. From 1972 he was professor of history at Northern Virginia Community College, Annandale. Later he moved to Georgetown University, where was aguest curator, Lincoln Assassination Exhibit, (1985-86) and lecturer from 1986.
At Booth Exhumation Trial (Baltimore) he was Expert witness in 1995. Then he held the positions in Lincoln Institute of the Mid-Atlantic, Time-Life Books’ “Civil War” series, and to ABC News.
