Entered Mechanical Engineering ministry, 1885. Pastor successively in Ohio at York Centre, Agosta, Napoleon, Hicksville, Kenton, Bellefontaine, St. Paul’s Church, Toledo, until 1905. Superintendent Bellefontaine District, 1905-1906.

Pastor Trinity Church, Lima, 1906-1911, King Avenue Church, Columbus, 1911-1918. Superintendent Columbus District, 1918-1924. Pastor North Broadway Church, Columbus, 1924-1929.

Associate pastor Central Methodist Episcopal Church, Columbus, 1929-1930. Retired from active ministry, 1931. Director religious work Young Men’s Christian Association, Camp Funston, Kansas, summer, 1918.
