Studied at Marlborough College. Trinity College, Dublin. Scholar, 1863; Berkeley Medallist.
Wray Prize; Bachelor of Arts 1866, as first Gold Medallist in classics, first Gold Medallist in philosophy, and obtaining a University studentship. Doctor of Divinity.
Career
Barrister Lincoln’s Inn, 1869. King’s Counsel 1901 son of Reverend Joseph Carson, late ViceProvost of Trinity College, Dublin.
