Thomas directs films and theatre under the name Torstein Blixfjord. Arts Alliance is an investment organisation that builds and supports technologically innovative and high growth companies in Europe, with a particular focus on private media and entertainment companies. Arts Alliance Media (AAM) is Europe"s leading provider of digital film distribution services dedicated to building a European digital network to deliver film to cinemas.
LoveFilm was incubated by, and spun off from, AAM. Thomas sits on the boards of Kenshoo, the Met Film School, Kebony, and Plan-United Kingdom. He is a visiting professor at Kanazawa Institute of Technology.
From 2013 he serves as a trustee of the Wim Wenders Foundation. Hoegh was of "Folkefest" - a festival of peace to mark the 50th anniversary of the end of World World War II, and Assistant for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 1994 Winter Olympics.
Hoegh was also the Company-Owner and of Norwegian Performance Limited, an Oslo-based production company specialising in multimedia performances, dance, events and concerts.
