Thomas Neergaard Krabbe was born on August 2, 1861, in Kirke Hvalso, Denmark.
Thomas finished his general education in 1879. Then he earned a Bachelor of Medicine degree in 1889.
Krabbe worked as a medical doctor in Greenland, Denmark from 1889 to 1909. Also, he participated in animal-preservation work. From 1921 to 19296 Krabbe worked as an executive committee at the Association of Ornithology.
A co-founder of the Association of Ornithology, he was a member of its executive committee from 1921 to 1929. He was also honorary member of the Association for Preservation of Animals, "The Swallow” and the Association for Defenseless Animals and a member of the executive committee in the Greenland Society.
Thomas was a co-founder and member of the Association of Ornithology.
