Founder, 1922, and president, 1922-1938, International Committee for Bird Preservation (organized in 30 countries), now chairman Pan-American Section of Committee.

Founder and chairman National Committee on Wildlife Legislation. Member Conseil International de la Chasse, advisory board Migratory Bird Treaty Acting.

Member President Hoover’s Yellowstone Park Boundary Commission. Official collaborator National Park and Federal Fish and Wildlife Services.
