Smith-PEARS East, Thomas Northmore Hart was born on June 9, 1854. Son of Reverend W. Hart-Smith, sometime Vicar of Saint Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, afterwards Rector of Saint Peter’s, Bedford, now retired, mother nee Lawrence, daughter of late Northmore H. P. Lawrence, Justice of the Peace, county auditor, of Launceston, Cornwall.
