Became councilor of Kyochokai (Cooperative Association), expert adviser of Cabinet Research Bureau, researcher of Planning Board, labor official of Welfare Ministry and researcher at Research Institute of the same ministry and lecturer of Tokyo Commercial University (1946)holding additional post of chairman of Labor Statistics Council of Labor Ministry.
