Worked at Hemer, Barkus & Clark (Glendale, California) specializing in Civil Trial and Appellate Practice. Medical and Legal Professional Liability, Products Liability, Negligence and Insurance Law. Admitted to the bar, 1977, California.

Mr. Hemer first started working for Allstate Insurance Company when he attended Claims School and worked in their house counsel firm. Thereafter, he was general counsel for the Financial Indemnity Company, another auto carrier, for five years before forming the firm of Bolton & Hemer.
The latter firm was in existence until 1983. The present firm was established in 1984 and is dedicated to the aggressive defense of civil litigation.
