Tom Wayman

Education

He studied at the University of British Columbia, Colorado State University, and the University of California, Irvine.

Career

Born in Hawkesbury, Ontario, Wayman has lived most of his life in British Columbia. He previously taught at the University of Calgary.

Achievements

• Wayman has received the Canadian Authors Association medal for poetry, the A. J. M. Smith Prize, and has three times been nominated for the Dorothy Livesay Poetry Prize.
