Career
His time spent serving as a soldier and officer in the Israel Defense Forces gave him the opportunity to create vivid and expressive works from a personal vantage. Peretz’s artwork has been showcased in galleries in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and throughout Israel. Most of his art is commissioned pieces for private buyers.
Early in his career, his paintings reflected popular culture.
His 2012 opening exhibition ‘Unbreakable’ featured 25 large-scale paintings and collected artifacts at the Bruce Lurie Gallery in Culver City, California His Kickstarter campaign successfully raised more than $20,000 for this installation.
Peretz’s work has been displayed in multiple shows, including “lieutenant’s Halloween at Very Venice Art and Design Gallery” in October 2011. “Foreign the Love of Art” at Tokyo Ice in December 2009.
And “Amit Apel Design Studio Gallery Opening” in Los Angeles in May 2009.
At art show Love Cures Cancer at the Kress in Hollywood, Peretz donated a painting that was sold at the benefit. Tomer founded "Los Angeles Art Agency" which encompasses artists from various fields. Peretz was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel and served in the Israeli Defense Forces as a soldier and officer from 2000 to 2004.
