Education
After graduating from Tokyo University (1919), proceeded to Germany for further studies.
Career
Upon return Toshi Inoue was appointed professor at Gakushuin High School to eventual become professor at Gakushuin University. Among his works are "Produce and Experiment in Inorganic Chemistry" and "Introduction to Inorganic Chemistry."
