Education
She graduated from the postgraduate course of Tokyo Academy of Music in 1938.
Career
Toshi Matsuda became an instructor of her alma mater, and also served as instructor of the Arts Course of Nihon University and Tokyo Women's Junior College. Later in 1947 she became a singer under contract with Nihon Columbia Company.
