In 1926, Toshimasa Tsutsui graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
After graduating from the university, Toshimasa joined the Physico-Chemical Research Institute as an assistant and became a research worker. Later he joined the engineering department of Tokyo University as a lecturer and rose to the position of professor in the same university. Toshimasa Tsutsui received a grant for his research work on "an acoustic method for detection of detects" and "physical changes due to vibration".
