Toyohiko Shiraishi graduated from Commercial Department of Waseda University (1920).
Toyohiko Shiraishi entered Aichi Clock and Electric Machinery Manufacturing Company and became chief of Business and General Affairs sections, director (1946), managing director and then president.
Meantime served also as director and chairman of Chubu (Central Japan) Branch of Nihon Tokei Kyokai (Japan Clock & Watch Manufacturers' Association). When Aichi Clock & Electric Machinery Company was reformed to Shin Aichi (New Aichi) Clock & Electric Machinery Company was appointed president of the new company (1949).
Also became manager of Aichi Prefectural Employers' Association, expert adviser of Sangyo Gorika Shingikai (Industrial Rationalization Council) of Communications & Industry Ministry and permanent director of Nagoya Chamber of Commerce & Industry (1950) and councilor of Nihon Sangyo Kyogikai (Japan Industrial Association (1951).
