Lu, Tsan Fei was born on March 7, 1936 in Nankang, Kiangsi, China. Son of Chung Kuan and Ho Yin (Shi) Lu.


Bachelor in Fine Arts, National Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, 1961. Certified in performing arts, National Motion Picture Institute, Taipei, 1969.


Art design manager Ocean Advertising Company, Taipei, 1963-1969. Producer, actor, assistant director, playwright Cathay Motion Pictures, Hong Kong, 1969-1974. Architect designer, vice president Chevron Asphalt Company, Taipei, 1974-1977.

Chief art director Gem Advertising Company, 1979-1983. Consultant, art director, playwright Sun Motion Pictures, Taipei and Hong Kong, 1984-1988. Vice president Fortune Holding Company, Hong Kong, Tailand and, Macau, 1989-1992.

Artist Lu Art Studio, Northport, Alabama, since 1992. Chief engineer stadium complex in south east Asia, 1975 (Best Engineering award 1976).
