Career
Tsuneo Kinoshita entered Bank of Japan and served as manager of its branches in Kochi, Oita and Fukuoka. Appointed director of Accounting &Finance Bureau of Bank of Japan (1952) and president of Oita Bank (1954). He became chairman of Oita Bank (1954).
