Usman Warsi was born into the family of Alhaaj Muhammad Sharf ud Din Ahmad known as Sufi Warsi (Urdu: صوفی وارثی). His father Doctor M. S. Zafar Warsi was attached to State Bank of Pakistan (the Central Bank of Pakistan) as Assistant Director, and he was also a Writer, Scholor and Poet.
Usman has completed his studies in 1999 from Lahore.

His Album is almost complete and ready to launch soon. He has done so many backgrounds for television Serials, wrote more than 100 songs and composed hundreds of songs in his 18 years professional life as Composer and arranger.
